I'm Kevin — I run Warnecke Digital out of a small home lab and started with a single Bitaxe Gamma 601.

Day job is finance; nights and weekends I'm tuning hashboards, watching temperature curves, and helping other operators get their miners stable. The pools started as a personal node and grew because friends kept asking to point their workers at it.

I care about home-scale, hobbyist-scale, sovereign mining. No VC, no dashboards you can't self-host, no vendor lock-in. Just hardware that works and pools that pay out.
